You will receive an email or text notification once your order is in transit. If your delivery option includes tracking, the email will also contain a link with the tracking number. Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm (EST), excluding federal holidays.

We charge MYR10 for shipping nationwide. Please email us for shipping procedure & rate to other country.

Allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for processing. Shipping within Malaysia usually take 3-5 business days and shipping to Singapore and Brunei can take up to 14 business days for standard service.
